Agent License ID: RS225481LReal Estate Experience. Real-Life Experience. Real Guidance.
I’ve been a Pennsylvania REALTOR® since 1999, helping buyers and sellers navigate more than just real estate transactions. I help people through some of life’s biggest changes—selling a longtime home, downsizing, relocating, handling an inherited property or probate sale, buying a new home, or simply figuring out what comes next.
I understand change on a personal level.
I moved 13 times growing up. Every move meant a new home, but it also meant a new school, new friends, a new community, and learning how to find my place all over again. Those experiences taught me early that change can be exciting, but it can also be difficult. Having someone beside you who listens, understands, and helps make the unfamiliar feel manageable can make all the difference.
That’s the kind of REALTOR® I strive to be.
A Problem Solver at Heart
Real estate doesn’t always go according to plan. Inspections uncover surprises, timelines change, families have different opinions, and sometimes life itself changes in the middle of everything.
As a breast cancer survivor, I learned even more about resilience, perspective, and finding a way forward when the path suddenly looks different than expected. It strengthened something that has always been part of who I am: I’m a problem solver.
When something unexpected happens during your real estate transaction, my job isn’t to add to your stress. My job is to help you understand your options, find solutions, and keep moving forward.
Helping Pennsylvania Homeowners Through Life’s Transitions
I have a special place in my heart for clients whose move involves more than simply putting a house on the market.
If you’re downsizing in Pennsylvania, I understand that you may be sorting through years of belongings and memories while also deciding where to go next. I can help break the process into manageable steps, prepare your home for sale, and help you make decisions without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
If you’re dealing with a probate or inherited property, there may be family members, belongings, repairs, cleanouts, attorneys, and many decisions involved. I help simplify the real estate side of the process and guide you through what needs to happen next.
Whether you’re buying or selling a home in Pennsylvania, my goal is to anticipate your needs, explain your options, protect your best interests, and guide you from our first conversation through settlement and beyond.
Experience That Helps You See the Possibilities
My art background and experience purchasing and remodeling investment properties allow me to look at homes with a creative eye.
When you’re selling, I can help you decide what improvements may increase your home’s appeal—and what may not be worth spending money on. When you’re buying, I can help you look beyond what you see today and recognize a home’s possibilities.
As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I also have specialized training to assist active-duty military members and veterans. I stay educated on VA home loans and can connect you with experienced lenders who understand the benefits you have earned through your service.
I’m also trained to help clients navigate the real estate decisions that can accompany divorce, always with discretion, patience, and respect.
More Than a Transaction
At the end of the day, real estate is about people.
A home can represent family memories, independence, financial security, a fresh start—or all of those things at once. That’s why I take the time to listen.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you call me.
Sometimes our first conversation is simply about understanding your options and making a plan.
Whether you’re selling, buying, downsizing, relocating, or dealing with a property because life has changed unexpectedly, I’m here to make the process feel less overwhelming and help you move forward with confidence.
Let’s talk about where you are now—and where you’d like to go next.
